Perfectly cooked to perfection juicy and fluffy and moist on inside spice crusted in the outside, lightly so it wasn't crunchy but had great texture! I put it over a bed of fresh arugula drenched in creamy Cesar dressing! I used the Ken's Steakhouse brand and I added gost cheese crumbles to it Soo good!
Soooo you know I'm having salmon leftovers today! So the kids don't really eat salmon but hey more for me! Lol my daughter loves crab legs and may do whiting fish, my son will eat tilapia, salmon, and whiting soo I custom make for them as well! 😀
Thinking about what to make for dinner tonight!
