I've always been a fan of Ayurvedic teas and remedies and on Friday I came across this basil tea so I decided to make my own infusion..
Being the natural healer that I am I wanted a warming tea distressor and rejuvenating blend so Here's the recipe:
Basil leaves
Coriander seeds
Fresh framed nutmeg
Black pepper
Turmeric
Pimento seeds 2
Cloves about 7 pods or a handful
After I boil this for 20 min
I will strain it and stir in Maca powder (for energy & chi), ground cinnamon, and ginger and drink it while Warm
